I went there last sunday with a friend's family and my family. we were six of us. the staff initially were quite engaged as it was our first time around Upminster we decided to have our food there. the food was nice. later the restaurant got busy and the staff neglected us. even when we finished they did not care giving us hot towels to finish. I has to ask for those and there was no apologizing for their negligence. the manager did not think it was necessary to greet us before leaving I am not sure if they only cater to the British people or actually to Indian people, because they are an Indian restaurant and using the Indian' feeling to catch people. very disgraced!

was in a friendly house where we ordered all pizza. my chicken bbq arrived without BBQ sauce. I wanted to leave it, but the pizza tasted blande without it. telephoned the filiale and they offered first to refund only the account. declares that I wanted the pizza delivered as it should be. he then offered to send over some BBQ sauce to put on me. again explains that I wanted to deliver my pizza and that my pizza would be cold if they were sent over BBQ sauce. he then agreed to send a new pizza and return the wrong pizza to the delivery car. 20 minutes later we get a call from an unnoticed number. it was the supplier who said he was the car...read more
