many thanks to all staff in the rigbye to make my 40th birthday meal perfect. everyone added the food and loved the private dining room upstairs. you taught me everything and I'm really grateful! already on the end of the month we plan to celebrate a family birthday again! the rigbye arms can not recommend enough, many of my guests have never been before, but have all said that they will eat in the future with them.

we often buy a take away from here. I have to have a better one than Indian food. my wife swears at the chicken carai I tend to vary my selection, but the chicken kikka main course with a medium curry sauce takes something best.

We are regular visitors to The Crown and have been many times. Never had a bad experience yet; always had good food, deserts are gorgeous! I usually have the Lancashire cheese pie and chips, which has been consistently tasty. It would be rude not to have dessert and between us we have tried all the puddings! Beautiful! Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Can fully recommend the Aspall's cider, though watch that hangover! The Crown is well known in the area, a very popular venue and it's no wonder. A great place!

great food with great service. it was very happy to chat with the old guy, funny geezer. there were some of us that we had a special pizza, a garlic bread with cheese. also a few nuggets with chips, cheese and gravy and a few thunder meat with chips and cheese. absolutely beautiful. definitely recommend and will be back. next time I try one of their kebabs. the fingers crossed.

prize-winning chippy was never disappointed, even gave us a tablet if we wanted to eat in the parking lot. when my daughter comes from leeds, she always wants to come first. the parking was a bit a chaos, but it will soon be improved so that it should make the parking much easier
