would there be a 5-star rating if the guacamole had not been the only one away, ever found it in scotland hardly anything except smash avocado, no coriander, lime, wobble or chili?! so I wouldn't recommend it, but her pico de gallo made me sing. these are the best tacos ive had in a long time. overpriced absolutely, but the money only for the fact that it thought and seasoned behind these masterpieces. the atmosphere is covered and really cozy a perfect place for a perfect eve.

It took me a while to get there but i eventually made it to SpitFire to try out their food. I was long overdue so my excitement and expectations had been growing over the month. I follow them on Twitter and got to see alot of lovely looking meant. <br br/>I went along after crossfit so we were hungry for some tasty protein. <br br/>We both ordered the Short Rib that comes with corn. greens and sweet potatoe fries. I asked for normal fries as im not a big fan of sweet potatoe ones.<br br/>Our order arrived but both had sweet potatoe fries. The waitress said she would send up a portion of normal fries. These took ages to come and I was halfway through my meal before they were pop on the table. <br br/>The rib meal looked good but once we tried to tuck into out rib we found it near impossible to find any eatable meat on it. Both our ribs were ladened with grizzle. We tried picking them up and just gnawing on them and also using a knife but to not much success. <br br/>I was luckier than my friend and i manager to fine some meat to eat. The meat was lacking. It was spicy but I got the impression that was the external rub because the meat underneath was bland.<br br/>The corn again was lacking. Salt was much needed, as it with the greens. <br br/>The normal fries were nice.<br br/>I ordered desseret Chocolate and peanut butter “whoopie pie” – salted caramel milkshake.<br br/>I'm a sucker for anything with the words salted caramel. <br br/>This was another massive disappointment. The whoopie pie biscuits weren't chocolatey and the peanut butter was not peanut butter is was some white impostor that tasted like peanut butter but was a strange consistency and appearance. <br br/>The salted caramel milkshake was over ice and had a grainy texture. Nice flavour though.<br br/>The waitress was nice enough to organise no charge for one meal since we had struggled to eat the ribs. <br br/>I was so disappointed that Spitfire didnt live up to my meat dreams. I might go back and try there chicken and see if that is better.

A lovely Indian restaurant, we didn't have a reservation just walked off the street and the were so accommodating. The food was excellent. Highly recommend
